DST Competition T & C's (Current Comp)
Unless otherwise stated, all competitions promoted by Down South Therapy are open to all Australian residents. The minimum age of entrants is 18 years old unless otherwise stated. Competition entries must be:
- the original independent creation of the entrant
- owned by the entrant, and
- free of any other parties' claims, including copyright or trademark claims.
Competition entries must not have the following:
- been published previously,
- won prizes or awards in other competitions, or
- infringe any third-party rights.
Multiple entries will be accepted, but entrants and each entry must contain a unique response to the Email Address.
At the time and date specified in the competition, the judges will choose the winner/s as the entrant with the most creative and original response to the question. The best entrant will be selected to win that particular prize.
Chance plays no part in determining the winners unless otherwise stated in the competition. Down South Therapy reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in our opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language.
The prizes must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable or unwilling to use the bonus or any element of the prize as stated. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited. As stated above, the prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Entry details remain the property of Down South Therapy. The winner's name, photograph and entry may be used for promotional purposes by Down South Therapy in any media worldwide for an unlimited period without remuneration or compensation unless the winner otherwise notifies Down South Therapy in writing at the time of accepting the prize.
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is a condition of entry into the competition. The winner will be notified by telephone or email, using the details provided in their entry, and the name and suburb of the winner will be published on Down South Therapy unless otherwise stated. If the winner cannot be contacted using the details provided or does not respond within the timeframe requested, the winner will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Down South Therapy that corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
Down South Therapy Insights assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Down South Therapy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by us on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
Please note that we will attempt delivery a maximum of two times; from there, if you haven't been able to be home to accept delivery, then your prize will be left at your local post office for you to arrange collection at your own expense. We do our very best to ensure we can deliver, so to help us, please provide your profile is up to date and that you've included a phone number in case we need to contact you. If you have unsubscribed or haven't provided a phone number, it makes it difficult to contact you in regards to prize delivery, and your prize may not be able to be delivered – we are not liable for any missing prizes.
