Meet Kat.
Created by someone who wants to start by listening.
Families navigating ADHD are often already doing a huge amount of research. The challenge is not always finding information — it can be knowing what is relevant, practical and worth trying for your own family.
Kat created the ADHD Family Learning Series to bring together neuro-affirming education and practical information that families can explore in their own time.
But this series is not intended to be a one-way conversation. The questions and experiences shared by families during the launch will help inform what comes next.
Explore the first two courses.
Each course can be explored on its own. Together, they begin a growing journey from understanding ADHD to building practical strategies for everyday life.
